How to reach us

Not sure how to get to the venue? We have all the information you need whether you arrive by train, car, plane or local transport.

By Train & Tube

London Overground: The venue is next to the Kensington (Olympia) station, which is on the London Overground network.

We recommend changing at West Brompton to reach Kensington (Olympia) in 2 minutes by Overground train.
Alternatively, it takes 8 minutes’ walk from West Kensington or 12 minutes’ walk from High Street Kensington.

Central Line: Change at Shepherd's Bush to take the Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).

Piccadilly Line: It takes 9 minutes’ walk from Baron's Court to Olympia London.

Hammersmith & City Line: It takes 15 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith Station to the venue. 

Circle Line: It takes 12 minutes’ walk from High Street Kensington to Olympia London

District Line: Kensington (Olympia) station is only served on weekends and on some public holidays by the District Line. Please check before you travel.

By Car

We advise you to travel to the venue by public transport, but if you decide to come by car, the postcode to use for satellite navigation is W14 8UX.

Visitors

If you plan to get to the venue by car, we advise you to pre-book online to secure a parking space as there is limited availability.

Visitors who have pre-booked a parking space should enter the car park from Sinclair Road or Blythe Road.

If you do not manage to pre-book a parking space, there are a few off-side parking locations available, including Westfield Shepard’s Bush, just a 10 minutes’ drive from the venue.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors who need to load and unload in designated areas must book a slot using Voyage Control, the venue’s online vehicle booking system. This service is free of charge.

If you have any parking needs in addition to the loading/unloading time slots, you will need to pre-book online to secure a parking space. You will be charged the normal tariff rates to book your car space.

Before you leave, remember to plan your journey and check for any travel disruptions!

By Plane

Gatwick: Take the train from Gatwick to Clapham Junction and from there the Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).

Heathrow: Take the Piccadilly line to Baron's Court. It takes 9 minutes’ walk from there to Olympia London.

You can also take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington. From there, take the Circle line to High Street Kensington or the Hammersmith & City line to Hammersmith, from where you can walk to the venue in about 15 minutes.

Stansted: Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street and from there the Central line to Shepherd's Bush. Then change onto the Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).

City Airport: Take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) to Bank and from there the Central line to Shepherd's Bush. Then change onto the Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).

Luton Airport: Take a train from Luton Airport to St Pancras. From there, take the Victoria line to Oxford Circus and then change onto the Central line for Shepherd's Bush. From there, take the Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).

By Public Transport

Take one of the following buses and you are only a short walk from the venue:

  • 9 - runs to and from Aldwych and Hammersmith. 
  • 23 - runs to and from Westbourne Park and Hammersmith. 
  • 27 - runs to and from Chalk Farm and Turnham Green. 
  • 28 - runs to and from Kensal Rise and Wandsworth. 
  • 49 - runs to and from White City and Clapham Junction. 
  • 391 - runs to and from Fulham and Richmond. 
  • N9, N23, N27, N28 also run a night service.

By Coach

National Express offers services into the city centre of London, departing from many points across the UK. Choose London Victoria Coach station as your destination and take the District Line to West Brompton from there to reach Kensington (Olympia) in 2 minutes by Overground train.
